I have a problem!
I'm trying to get in touch with Ea Games for several days and I can not. It was charged twice on my credit card of 29.90 + 29.90 and I was not refunded. They charged twice and canceled. But no refund. I need the refund. To be able to buy my EA Access again. Please, can someone help me.

just to make sure - the payments that were made, was that for a 1 year membership for EA Access?

If so please do contact Microsoft support - although being called EA Access, account and billing issues are handled by Microsoft, since this service is exclusive to Xbox.

Yes. Two 1 year payments were made. They were canceling for some reason, but did not get refund.

then please go ahead and contact Microsfot support - they're in charge when it comes to EA Access and handling the related payment. If the money was deducted at some point, it sometimes can take up to 10 business days to be refunded, that's a normal timeframe by the way.
