just to make sure - the payments that were made, was that for a 1 year membership for EA Access?
If so please do contact Microsoft support - although being called EA Access, account and billing issues are handled by Microsoft, since this service is exclusive to Xbox.

then please go ahead and contact Microsfot support - they're in charge when it comes to EA Access and handling the related payment. If the money was deducted at some point, it sometimes can take up to 10 business days to be refunded, that's a normal timeframe by the way.
