when I start a.titanfall campaign/classic game it says "server error - client desyncronized"

A lot of times when I start a Titanfall campaing/classic game it sometimes says "server error - client desyncronized" or "server timed out" and I have about 3 to 4 bars . PLEASE HELP!!!
