game keeps freezing in multiplayer and campaign

Just bought and downloaded this game, but haven't gotten to play it much yet, it keeps freezing up in both modes, multiplayer and campaign. Have to ctl+alt+delete and restart computer due to it being completely unresponsive. My other games have never had this problem. Not sure if installed incorrectly or what, tried messing with game settings, nothing seems to work any better, I even ran the repair option on the game, should I just uninstall and reinstall again?
