Unable to launch the game

I have tried repeatedly to play the game, i've repaired it, ran it as admin, and even reinstalled it and it refuses to work. I'm using an amd A4 7300 3.8 ghz processor with an 4.0 overclock, 2x8 ram cards, a sapphire r7 370 4g graphics card with a copy of windows 8.1 64 bit.

i am having the same issue but my pecs are

duel core 2.7Ghz

8GB ram DDR3

Nvidia GTX 750

Running windows 10 64bit

(dont try say its cuz of my specs because a surface pro with worse specs can run this game)

This game requires either a quad-core processor, which you do not have, or a dual core i3 / i5 with HyperThreading capability, sorry!

Tablet computers aren't intended for use as gaming platforms, so why bring those up?
