Titanfall, Installing without re-downloading

Heyy guys, I have purchased and downloaded titanfall onto my hdd, recently, i bought a SSD and want to transfer it to the SSD, but I am not able to do so.

 I tried reinstalling, moving folders, manual location of the game, nothing works.  Can someone please help me to install the game

I cannot re-download because it took me a week to download it (I run a 1 Mbps connection)
