@CelutaTV i tried to use the gamepass version and it said I needed a file that was used in a prior version of microsoft windows i think

Hello,

I found a solution.

You actually need to go to the game's .exe in its installation folder.

Right click the .exe, settings, compatibility. You must run the game in windows 8 compatibility mode. Make sure the ''run as administrator'' is checked.

@Takeira didnt work for me sad trying to fix this issue all day if only EA could make a functioning * platform to replace their barebones one

Thanks for this advice, it solved my issue. 

I'm not using Origin but steam which auto launches EA. I had to apply the same settings to Steam and EA to get Titanfall 2 to launch!

Did this ever get fixed? I am currently having issues lauching where it keeps cycling through the start up process then just brings me back to the app rather than launch the game. I tried all of the suggestions listed.
