Funny colour and freeze

Hi I've play titanfall for a weak and am gen2level 45,today I changed my room and moved my xbox, when I was done I went on my xbox to play titanfall but froze so I restarted my xbox and titanfall but then when on Play,into screan it was filled with a  glitched rambow Patten and giant white lines I pressed play and it seemed like normal but when I started somethin it froze no matter what it was, I was doing tortorial and froze on looking at lights. Can someone tell me what is going on and how to fix it want to play titanfall again(xbox 360)
