@EA_Blueberry every few days it is the "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." error message, though this morning it appears I've been restricted from MUT access now, apparently complaining over the broken game is a bannable offense, what a great company EA runs, I've played Madden since 1992 on SEGA and what a disappointment it's become.

That was due to maintenance this morning.

Do you run any overlays or other programs in the background when you're playing? Do you know if your PC has the latest updates and whether your virus scan has scheduled runs? I've seen virus scanners conflict with our games where players will be disconnected.

@EA_Blueberry I have been dealing with this since Saturday with first person telling me it was a Xbox issue then by end of conversation he/she flipped and said we know of the problem and it is being looked into.... Now I am on here doing all this b.s. to play a game that I paid money for and have spent hundreds on aftermarket to not be able to pp lay and your only fix is me change this do this if that doesn't work do this then oh try power cycling your console 🤦‍♂️ I would respect you more if you just said we don't know what the problem is...

Here are some of the potential fixes:

  • Certain item variations within the lineup may unexpectedly lead to corrupted data. Refreshing your lineup can help fix this.
  • Play a game of Superstar KO (outside of MUT mode) and then attempt to play MUT
  • Your account may have more than 1 Xbox or PlayStation persona attached to it. See this reply for more info.


Most players I've come across recently experiencing this issue is related to the 3rd option above.
