I have completed all parts of Jabba Mission- Journey Guide states mission complete- game gives me credit for 11/12 Ultimate materials. I have no were to go forward. I submitted a help ticket 3x , it has been over a week- today I can not open a help ticket- but I got a response on my old ticket that said post my problem here.

I have completed mission for Jabba Ultimate but my inventory is 11/12. I sent to HELP desk and they referred me here.Last week Sept 14,2023 I completed Ultimate quest. Unfortunately game was updating and the 12 th material did not trip the register. Now I am not able to farm DSE or attempt the ultimate mission. Any help? Thank you.

Any solution found in the meantime? I don‘t see any solution in telling users that this is a known issue. It is known for some time now…
