I got banned from every ea game for no reason?

So I wasn’t onlin for about 6-7months and my account was disabled I had an active ban for no reason now every game featuring ea when I try to play online with my friends I can’t because I can’t play online and I feel like this should be fixed.

The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues, such as bans. You should have had an email about it to the email linked with your account. 

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:
