Game don't want to start/Crash at launch [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug Game crashes seconds after launching, when I launched the game for the first time I made it to the car selection screen then once I chose my car it crashed. After the first crash it would keep crashing everytime I would launch the game
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes seconds after launching.
What do you expect to see? The game loading in.

First the game crashed after the character creation (i believe thats where it was loading into Story mode),
Then it refused to launch at all - which i solved by deleting the dx12 cache in documents/need for speed unbound/cache.
But now i try to load into the Story mode and it starts loading and immediately crashes!

Even though im below minimim cpu specs i still can play every game at 60-72 fps in high-medium settings (also nfs heat).
Crash occurs when playing from hdd and ssd.

Also tried lower settings, disabling crossplay and data sharing. Please look into it and release a hotfix!

Tried to upload the crashdump file but your "upload-script" wont let me XDDD

Intel I5 4670
AMD RX 570 8gb (latest driver)
8gb Ram (with a hugh 24gb pagefile on ssd - games using up to 12gb ram run absolutely fine with this "workaround")

You need to delete the .PCDX12 file in your Documents\Need For Speed(TM) Unbound\cache folder. I have to do this every single time otherwise the game won't relaunch.

Still, story mode keeps crashing for me, so I can't play the game.

This game needs a patch already.

This works and lets me into the menu, but just like you said story mode crashes every time.

You are probably right, this game does need a patch already

No error messages and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but as said from the replies of others deleting the PCDX12 file in Documents/Need For Speed(TM) Unbound/cache does allow me to launch the game but loading story mode leads to a crash every time, at least for me.

I have tried reinstalling pretty much everything (short of windows again)
I cant download on EA App

I am not getting any errors so I do not know what to do
