Whenever I try to find a game in Online Leagues in the league menu, when I select Find Game the search starts but only searches for maybe, 5 seconds then stops on its own without any input from me. I started with the 10 hour trial via EA Play and then bought the game after just a few hours. None of my other friends in the league have had issues with searching for a game within the league except for me. Trying to figure out what might be the cause of this.
I've attached a video showing the issue. In the clip, Im the only one searching for a game but the end result is the same as when there are others searching for a game. https://streamable.com/vo57ml

Hey @JustBoeser,
Thanks for the video showing this issue! Have you tried any particular troubleshooting steps so far?
Which platform are you playing on here? If you're on Steam, I'd definitely start by repairing the game with these steps just to make sure there aren't any corrupted files potentially causing issues.
Otherwise, I'd try going through the steps below to see if this could be cleared up via some connection troubleshooting. In particular the steps in the first link to power cycle your router and try clearing or changing your DNS would be a good place to start.
Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

I've tried all of the above and still experience the issue

Thanks for giving those steps a shot, @JustBoeser.
Just a couple other things to check, are you on a wired or wireless connection currently?
Do you have any other peripherals plugged in aside from your controller? Headset, secondary controllers, any other devices, etc.? Can you test this without any other devices connected on the off-chance that's having an effect here?
It may also help to try clearing the Alternative Mac Address with the following:

Thanks! That does indeed shed a little more light on a potential issue here.
If you check your EA account connections page here, that should show you any platforms linked to your EA account.
You would be prompted to link an EA account the first time you access any EA title from that particular Xbox (or other platform) account, so it's possible the account(s) linked are a bit older.
If you have multiple accounts of the same platform linked that may also be causing an issue.
If that's the case it would be worth going through these steps to unlink other accounts of the same platform - if you have two Xbox accounts linked, for example, you'd want to remove the one you're not playing from.
If you're unable to remove a duplicate account linked on that page, please contact support directly so they can assist and make sure you only have the primary account linked to avoid issues.

I bought the game earlier this week hoping to play in an online league with some friends. After making a couple different leagues trying to test if the league was the issue, I was still unable to search for a game. I then tried searching for a game in pennant race, but ran into the same issue. I am playing on Playstation 5 with a wired connection. I have tried reinstalling the game and switching to a wireless connection but nothing has helped.

Hello again. Still waiting on an answer, troubleshooting options have not worked so far. Any additional suggestions would be great. Wondering if this is a bug? Saw a couple other people with the same issue, but no answer on how to fix the issue. Thanks.

Hey! I am experiencing the same issue, just wanted to check with you and see if maybe you found a solution? I posted my own question since the information provided to you was for Xbox, but I tried the general troubleshooting suggestions and nothing worked.
New name, new look, same great benefits: EA Access and Origin Access are now EA Play.
