Connection Lost when starting Superstar KO

Hello,

I have tried numerous troubleshooting steps and still have not had any success. This just started happening over the last week. I can play Madden23  online with no issues, but Superstar KO is not as good.

Platform Xbox Series X

steps I have tried:

hard wired to the router, 1G speeds

Manual DNS settings 

Cleared persistent storage

Cleared alternate MAC address

Uninstalled the game and deleted all user files related to it.

I am at a total loss.

Thanks for the reply, I have been to this page numerous times and does not help with my issue. I need advanced help, not basic help as I have been through many steps. As stated, Madden23 I can play online with no issues. This problem is specific to Madden22 Superstar KO
