Cant connect to server and crashes

I dont know what has been going on but I have been getting the driver hung message which causes my pc to crash. Now i cant even play on dallas. I have already update the drivers and what not and have followed what someone from support has said to do. How so I fix this

Not sure what going on but seem the dallas server are down, im on xbox and seem only certain server are up and running right now

@Dargarth I'm not sure I was asking other people I know and they said it was working for them

its been almost a week now and still no word from ea about the server problem. I 'm not the only one having this problem even some other friends have shown me that dallas server is down for them to and every other server is like 70-80 ping plus
