Can’t sell or take ability’s off player

So i’ve recently came across what is a new problem that wa hasn’t seen before according to the support number. I have been trying to take my abilities off my 95 Randall Cunningham and it will take me back the main menu everytime. Therefore i am unable to sell it. If anyone has any answers or anyway to contact ea please let me know thank you.
