Banned in Apex legends for no reason

Apparently my account was involved in cheating even though i have not played the game since april 2020.
I would like to know when my account was banned and why it doesn't even show as an Infraction in my ban history.
I am really confused since i have never cheated and not even played the game since april even though my account was still working before i stopped playing for a while.

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with bans here on forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute to try to get your account unbanned, you can contact our Terms of Service team by following the steps from this help ea article:

i have been contacting the ToS team but they did not give me any reason and i have been seeing some older threads as well where people have been wrongfully banned after returning to the game years later or so
