Hi!
I once had The Sims 3 Supernatural Limited Edition and Island Paradise Limited Edition on my origin library.
But when i redeemed the non-limited edition codes the limited edition are not showing in my library anymore.
What I redeemed:
1x Supernatural Code
1x Supernatural Limited Edition Code
1x Island Paradise Code
1x Island Paradise Limited Edition Code
(I redeemed non limited edition codes to complete my origin sims 3 DLCs)
I tried contacting EA help chat, but they just ask and ask questions repeatedly.(they ask the same exact questions but no solution)
They gave me The Sims 3 Plus Supernatural instead.
I also tried the uninstall, log out, clear cache origin. but nothing happens.(I only have 1 ea account)

I just realized that the limited edition content on origin is just the same as what is in the Sims 3 store.
but i will miss seeing this in my library:

@homihom_ii Can you still download the limited edition content from the Sims 3 Store site? You can find links to the content here:
https://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2012/09/how-to-redeem-the-limited-edition-content.html
If that works, then the issue is probably just visual within Origin, and while I'm not sure it can be fixed, you'll at least know you're not missing any content.

@puzzlezaddict Hey! Thanks for your reply
Unfortunately, the links don't work anymore.

@homihom_ii Is that the case even if you're already signed in? I know some content doesn't show up unless the account owns it.
You can also check your purchase history (Store > My Store Account > Purchase History) on that site and see whether the items are present. Some old items only show up there.
