New patch don't stick

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Cannot retrive
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try updating the game with your newest patch.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is stuck in an endless loop of asking you to update your game.
What do you expect to see? Trying to update only to be asked to do it again after I just did it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

The new toot update as of 2023-04-26 have put my game in an endless loop of telling me a update is required. After completing the update, the game once again tells me to update it. I have tried clearing the EAcrApp cache and I have restarted several times, but nothing helps. I have waited so long to be able to play again since I didn't dare playing after the horroble face distortion bug and we did not know if you would fix it, not that you have, I still can't play.

@GiardiniDiMarzo Like I wrote in the report, already tried all of that with no result. What helped was going offline and then back online again.

Sometimes you just need to update the app and then clear the cache.
With the app closed (even in the task bar) click Start and choose the EA folder, then click EA Updater. Wait until the update is complete.
Close the app completely again and go to Start>EA folder and this time choose App Recovery. Wait until the cache is cleared and the app restarts. Restart the computer.
Try and see if the situation is resolved.
