Lost access to bought addon

I did payed for the sims 3 supernatural and cant access to it anymore. What to do? I even send a picture of that origien show i own it  when i logg in there.

@nilissa01  Download the pack from Origin rather than the EA App.  The App doesn't have all Sims 3 data yet, as is true for a number of older games.  You can have both apps installed on your computer at the same time; you just can't have them both open at the same time.  If you get an error when opening Origin, go into the Task Manager and kill the EABackgroundService.exe, or restart your computer.
