SIM TURNS PITCH BLACK MAC

Sim turn pitch black after they change outfit. If I enter cas full edit and click on the pitch black sim, they change into this super generic looking sim that looks nothing like the sim looked previously. Happened to me twice now. I don't use any mods or nothing. Began happening after the last patch and/or after growing together. I repaired the game in origins twice already with no effect.
