Infant patch not downloading

Hi there!

I just recently redownloaded the Sims 4 on my computer after 2+ years of not having it. I'm using Origin on a Mac and it says the game is entirely updated, but I do not have the infant patch. I have tried to manually update and repair it, but the patch will not appear. I'm looking for ways to download the patch, but nothing has worked. My game version is 1.96.365.1230 for reference.
