Missing roster from season 6

I just updated from season 6 to season 7 for nba live mobile, 

Now my 700 plus players are missing from the list, 

How to undo the harm of an updated version of nba live mobile,

Now my roster are all 60's overall, 

If My UserId for this game is needed I will add it later on, for now I need help. 

Thanks for telling me how to resolve my missing 700 players that I gathered for season 6.

I tried with the in-game request but the one without the login for help, can you change my regular help into important help. It has been days.

What issues are you running into exactly when you try to submit an in-game help request, can you give me some more details please?

Response time is slow but they did get back to me, so that was solved. I submitted another ticket because of this missing roster(700 of em) was still missing
