Is say you have to go to answer.ea.com then you can play but when I do it it doesn’t let me play

I noticed you have random letters and number as your EA account name. If you update your name at profile.ea.com does that allow you to play?

When you are trying to login to the game are you using Apple, Google, or Facebook? What is the exact message you get when you try to login?
