Terrible Graphic Issue with Galaxy S21+

Not that I am aware of, however if you go to Settings>Apps and pull it up, you can force close it to see if restarting it has any impact.

I can not force close GOS app in Galaxy S21+ if any game is running.

As I know, it is a restriction of Samsung electronics.

BTW, I think that "Supporting Ultra option" depends on AP chipset. A device which has Snapdragon such as Galaxy A90 model can use ultra option although the device has less hw spec than Galaxy S21 series.

Even Galaxy S21 ultra model which has Exynos can not use Ultra option.

Moreover, Galaxy Tab A7 can use "very high" and does not have the helmet decal issue.

I think some EA games such as Madden Mobile have a problem with Exynos chipset.

Today, I updated One UI version to resolve GOS issue with Galaxy S21 series but this issue is still existing.

As I reported previously above, It should be related with Exynos chipset.

I guess that EA games do not seem to be compatible with Exynos chipset.

Could you check this opinion with Dev team?

Ive tried Samsung support and EA support and it led me here. I upgraded from a S20 Ultra to a S22 Ultra phone. Game played great on the s20 but is laggy across the board on the s22. Scrolling through players and plays is really slow, players are glitchy and nothing is running smooth like it was on my old phone. I tried COD and it plays just fine so Im almost ruling out a phone issue but looking for any help. One odd thing I always played on high graphics on my S20, it had an option for ultra high graphics but the S22 doesnt I also dont have a "smooth animation" option? Ive lowered it to Low and doesnt help. This is my last hope thanks

I just upgraded to a S22 Ultra from a S20 Ultra. Performance in the game is terrible also have no ultra high graphics option like I did on the S20. Mine is a usa version with snapdragon so I don't know if its a chip issue or a samsung problem or EA.

Now I can use Ultra option finally. But helmet decal is still broken.
