@whereiscsonka Same thing here. I’ve opened 6 cases and they send the same exact email. They closed all but 2. The last 2 say no fix and waiting on player. When I asked what that meant, I received the same email yet AGAIN. I’ve lost SO many rewards. Mainly ICONIC coins. All my ICONIC/ELITE ICONIC are stuck on level 2. I have abut 28 of them. Even with proof, they won’t even compensate even a little of the rewards I’ve lost. It seems clear to me that they could care less. I hope your issue gets resolved soon though.
