What's up, Madden Mobile Community!

If you are here you're likely facing some sort of technical issue or bug with Madden Mobile. We use this forum board to help get you back into the game and report what we're seeing here to the Madden Mobile team.

The Game plan

1. Before reporting an issue, browse the front page and/or use the search bar at the top to find an existing topic. The less duplicate topics created the more efficient our defense will be.
2. We recommend these troubleshooting steps for Android and iOS below. They fix a lot of random in-game errors or performance issues for mobile games. It also helps us verify you've tried the basics like re-installing the app, restarting the device, checking the device for updates, and checking your network connection.
3. When you are reporting an issue please let us know what steps you've tried and what type of device you play on (ex: Samsung Galaxy S21+).
