I get this message every time I try to launch the game. My PC meets system requirements I think. I have 4 Gigs of RAM, and an Intel i3 core. I am on a laptop, is that the problem? Any fixes will help, thanks!

I have already answered in several posts onto your question, therefore once again!
This Guide is indeed for Mac users, but it also works on Pc - thats the PC path
Go to C:\Users\YOURUSER-ID\AppData\Roaming\SPORE

If it still doesn't work. Uninstall Spore use the CCleaner and install it again

I went in my Appdata file, there was nothing that involved Spore at all in there. I have had the game for two days now and I still haven't been able to play it once

Under AppData / Roaming / Spore
Important dont forget the setting. Show all hidden folders & files, only then you can see everything

Nope. Still nothing. And I don't want to download CCleaner.

See below C / Programmex86 / Electronic Arts / Spore / Sporebin
That should be the SporeApp. If it is not there, put the CD in your drive, open the Spore content and folder -> CD Drive - Spore / SporeBin
Thereafter via Drag & Drop move the SporeApp in SporeBin folder on PC folder > SporeBin

I move the SporeApp file on my PC to the Sporebin folder on my disc?

You move the SporeApp file from your CD on PC in the SporeBin folder, right!?
Afterwards you can start the game, I hope so and good luck..
