a long time ago i bought spore and spore galactic adventures on steam, and i want to have them on the EA app too, but i know that if you have one of the EA games on steam and you linked your accounts, you now have that steam game on EA app too for free, but i saw that spore is on the ea app too but it won't give it to me even thought i have it on steam bought.
what do i do?

You would need to contact EA Help directly so the advisors can grant you a key for the game on EA app: Contact EA Help
