[Spore] Could not create the Graphics Device. Direct X is not available. [1002]

Hi there,

I've been played spore on my win8.1 pc device for a long time, it launched smoothly without any error or lag. However, after I upgrade my pc to win10 with i9-10980XE & 3070 GPU, I could not launch Spore anymore. It continuously pops up an error "Could not create the Graphics Device. Direct X is not available. [1002]". 

I checked steam community and discussion for help. Some players suggested me to reinstall my DirectX and the game itself. Others suggested me to double-click the DXSETUP.exe in the game file folder. I checked both ways many times but none of them works. 

I also checked my graphic driver's version; it is the newest version "30.0.15.1165" and my GeForce experience version is also the newest one. I'm not sure about what can I do to resolve this error. 

Could anyone help?

Please check that your display is connected to your new video card (3070) rather than the motherboard video output.
