I've never been able to log into Spore

I have an EA account but every time I've tried to register a spore account in game it says there's no record of my account in the system.

As a result I've never been able to register a Spore account, any help or pointing in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

@NocturnalVoid it always says this when i try to log in with my acc: Login Failed: There was an error connecting to the Spore servers. Your computer might be offline or your internet connection may be having problems. Check your connection or visit Spore.com for additional assistance or server status.

Did you fix that issue? I had buy again the origin version of spore and saw the same thing as you, i can't log in

If your EA/Origin Password, I think, has special characters in it, then it won't work and, if your password is 16 characters or longer, then it won't work either. Here is a another thread that may have some other solutions. I really hate how broken everything is since things were migrated to Origin and stuff.
