I have been desperately trying to contact EA support to help me get a game key in order to link my steam purchase of spore tom my account. Ive follow the guide https://help.ea.com/in/help/account/how-to-provide-proof-of-purchase/ but they keep claiming my screenshots are invalid and re-linking me to the guide. They don't tell me whats wrong with my screenshots so I dont know what I need to do to fix them. They clearly are not reading my emails because they never tell me whats wrong just redirect me to the guide im already using.
