Cannot access Spore Online Features

Hello,

I think this is a common problem, but I cannot log into the Spore servers.

I have a disc copy, that has been registered on Origin.

(As a note, my spore account would have been registered on a different email, as I had two Origin accounts that I merged - but this account I'm using currently has Spore still)

This is the error message I get when I attempt to log in. I obviously have access to the internet, and other people can apparently access the servers.

I'll take any suggestions what-so-ever. I've been through support two or three times, but they've never been able to help me sadly (they do try their best though, not a slight against them, I just think they don't know what's wrong exactly).

I wrote about this issue back in 2015. They've yet to fix this or address it. Seems EA has entirely abandoned this game, outright. It's not so much that they just walked off from it as it is that they simply won't even acknowledge it.
