Can't register or login to the Spore

Hello, I just downloaded SPORE^tm and I can't register myself. It keeps saying "There was an error connecting to the Spore servers...." Shortly it says there is no internet connection or I can't reach the servers but I have an Internet connection if I don't I can't write this and it keeps giving the same warning. Also, I have an ea and origin account and I bought spore from Steam on 20.06.2020. Please help.

To fix this you'll have to contact support to add the game into your origin or EA app, steam removed cd keys for the game so you can't activate the game like that anymore.

For me I've already got my game on Origin, but I'm still getting the same error.
