Can't create an account even after transferring my game from steam to origin.

I bought the game on steam over 7 months ago and successfully had it transferred to my origin account through customer support. After I had the game transferred, I still couldn't create an account or log in, and after 7 months I still can't. Tried customer support several times and decided to give it another try today just to be told that they couldn't do anything and that i should just post here and the 'community manager' will help me with my issue. What can I do at this point?

I think I might've created a Spore account on spore.com with the same credentials before actually buying the game if this info might help, but i'm not actually sure.
