Hi there, I have upgraded my phone from Samsung S20FE to a S23FE. Everything g else on the.phone works normally with the exception of SimCity Buildit.
I have checked all settings, they are the same as the old phone. I have unistalled the app, restarted the phone, tried removing the game hub, game boosters etc and cannot get it back to how it was on my old phone. The phone has no updates required either.
I have added a screenshot of the new phone so you can see how unplayable it is. I also logged out of the old city to see if creating a new one would help but it didn't. Very keen to get this sorted as I have played the game for a decent amount of time.
