Icons and display have suddenly become tiny

The icons and display have suddenly become tiny. I can barely see what is listed for sale or when I sell something myself. I haven't changed anything in my phone nor the game. This happened suddenly and I restarted my phone and nothing changed.

Also, now I don't get any offers to buy my NeoMall creations from the Omega research facility, nor do I get offers to buy any of my products. My epic buildings no longer produce tokens either. I am really tired of SimCityBuildit not offering solutions for these problems! I buy the Mayor's and Vu's passes regularly, yet I never catch up to my competitors and the passes run out before I even get to any of the valuable stuff. What is going on? Are other people cheating? Is that the only way to win at this game? Why can't I ever get any other troubleshooting from EA other than "factory reboot your phone"?
