Hard to find items asked in easy vu repairs and exact opposite of hard repairs [ Edited ]

I launched earthquake iii disaster and got things like 1-2 paint,ladders,backpacks,corn which are super hard to find in global market also some railway items like bolts,lanterns asked in many easy vu repairs but on the other hand easy to find items in global like tvs,couches, suits asked only in hard vu repairs. What's issue happening?

Easy disasters require less Vu Items to launch (and earn less keys), it doesn't necessarily mean the items required to complete the repairs will be easy to produce or easy to find in Global Trade.

Hard disasters require more Vu Items to launch, and you are awarded more keys, but often they require easier to produce and/or find items to complete repairs.
