This is the second time I have received more than 1 tier at once and have not been given the tier 15 prize of 60% off Sim cash. I know it's the multiple tiers at once because it only happens when that happens. When I receive tier 15 by itself the discount works. However if I buy season pass out complete a city hall objective so get more plumbob points to receive more than one tier it has ripped me off every time.
