I was hoping to post a screen shot but I am having problems where recycling trucks are getting stuck in my megatower. I literally have 6 recycling trucks in line waiting to enter the tower and they have done nothing for months (in-game time). I have tried to shutdown the megatower as well as the recycling center but the trucks never leave. I am not sure what to due short of destroying the megatower, any thoughts? Recyclables are stacking up and now people can't get in the tower unless they walk in.
I feel like there should be some kind of fail-safe on municipal vehicles to ensure they don't just stall/block traffic for hours just becuase they forgot waht to do or whatever my problem is.
