How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using Sound BlasterX Katana Firmware 2.6.220401.080 (latest) via USB with Sound Blaster Connect Version 3.4.6.3 (latest) and start game
What happens when the bug occurs? Enjoy stuttering/doubled/choppy/asynchronous sound (music and dialogs)
What do you expect to see? No stuttering/doubled/choppy/asynchronous sound (music and dialogs)

Additional system information:

• Windows 10 64bit
• Intel Core i7-13700K
• ASRock Z790 PG Lightning
• G.Skill 3600.0 MHz (DDR5-7200 / PC5-57600) 4x16GB
• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080

What has been tried so far:

• Different sound configurations in game -> problem persists
• Changed settings in OS sound control panel (24 bit: 48000 - > 96000 Hz) -> problem persists
• Using different USB-Ports -> problem persists

Further information:

• Same problems with Logitech G433 gaming headset via usb -> seems to be a USB problem
• No problems on notebook XMG Neo 17 M21 via Realtek(R) Audio and Logitech G433 gaming headset via usb -> seems to be an ASRock problem

After manually updating the EA app, an update could be installed, which apparently fixed the problem.

Summarize your bug The dialog in some cutscenes repeats, both the audio and subtitles. For example in the cutscene when Cal, Bode and Bravo are fleeing Coruscant in the Mantis and the two Z-95 Headhunters every line of dialog repeats. This also happened with some of the dialog in the opening cinematic.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how to recreate it, try replaying that cinematic on different system configurations, I will include a dxdiag file so you have my system info.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every sentence spoken by the characters in that cutscene is spoken twice, the second time it is spoken it is being said at the same time as the next line of dialog.
What do you expect to see? To only hear a line of dialog only once.

I haven't had any gameplay audio issues, so far, but I have had some in the cutscenes. Specifically a few times in the opening cinematic and especially in the escape from Coruscant cinematic I have had dialog echo and repeat, both the audio and subtitles, the echo would play at the same time as the next line of dialog. Happened with a few lines from the opening cinematic but every line of the Coruscant escape cutscene.
