sims 4 wont launch,says corrupt,damaged,

i bought my sims 4 get to work through origin when it came out and now it wont load it says it is corrupt and damaged and to reinstall, so i did twice and it still does not work, i dont have a disc because i bought electronic version through origin, very dissappointed, please help soon,

Do you have any CC or mods? Try removing them.
