sims 4 game constantly crashing

hello my problem is after i installed some cc into my game it started to crash, before that happened my game has been fine playing with mods and cc before that worked fine i have taken all the mods and cc out of my game, repaired a few times played the game and it still crashes i have even started a new world and its still crashing appreciate any help given.

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

Hi thankyou for replying i have no mods and no cc in my game at all have taken them all out and put them on my desktop and it still crashing
