i cant play

I tried to play this today and clicked on run. Then an origin thing came up saying I need to install it and log in when it already is and then install the sims 4 when it already is and that I was supposted to click continue for it to do all that stuff. So I did and nothing happened. So I deleted the sims 4 and the origin and it still is poping up and when I click the continue button nothing happens. So now how do I re install it.
