game glitching

Game glitches as if monitor isn't working. it is. i did a hard game reset, took out all packs, and mods, yet it doesn't work. what else can i do?

@asoaks  What exactly are you seeing: a black screen or something else?  Please let me know, and also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
