Hey guys!
I was wondering if someone can please help me. I have seen that a lot of people have this problem but I just can't find the solution and I'm going mad.
So, couple of days ago I bought my original Sims 4 and I haven't played it once...
I created a Sim and then I played about 15 minutes and my screen freezes and my game crashed. It happened about 5 times in just 2 days I'm having the game.
This is what I tried for now:
1. Run Sims 4 as administrator
2. Run Origin as adiministrator
3. Repair the game in Origin
4. Set offline mode in Origin
5. Disabled Origin in the game
6. There is nothing in my Sims inventory (because I didn't get the chance to play it)
7. Lower my graphics in the game
I didn't try reinstall all that, but as I can see on other forums that doesn't help either.
Please, can somebody tell me what to do. I'm not really a computer person, actually not at all.
I REALLY need help. Can I also attach my DxDiag report so someone can check that out?

Do you have any mods or CC (custom content)? Try taking that out.
See this for more information: [PLEASE READ] Usage of Mods and Custom Content
Could you post a DxDiag?
Please follow this how to on how to gather your DxDiag.
You can post the DxDiag by attaching it to your next reply.
Don't paste it directly into your answer, because that won't fit.

Give updating your graphics card a try:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
Also keep your screenshots folder as clean as possible.
Btw, if you ever want to see if you can run a game on your computer, you can use this:

You might need to get the drivers from HP: http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
