Tartosa, Moonwood Mill,Copperdale, and San Sequioa will not show as downloaded

I have purchased all addons to The SIMs 4, yet these communities show as "not downloaded yet,Restart The Sims to download" no matter how many times I restart the game and the EA  Launcher.  Clicking on Repair under the Manage function hasn't been any help,

@Captain_Karaoke  Please run a search for EP13 , which is the folder for Growing Together.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP13 in the search field in the upper-right corner.  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

Repeat the process for EP12 , which corresponds to High School Years.
