Putting a game onto another Origin account?

I bought the Sims 4 months ago on Ebay off someone and they gave me their username and password to play the game, i have been doing for the past few months, but i've just bought the Get to work expansion pack and i don't want to add it on to her account because she might sell her account again for people to play the game that i'v bought with my money. 

is there a way i can move the game to my account? i'v tried redeeming the code on my account but it says it's been used already. Am i going to have to pay for sims 4 again on my account? i don't have that sort of money to throw around.

First of all, purchasing account is not encouraged by EA. However, in this case you can try to contact EA Support, explain this to them and they will give you an official answer.
