I NEED TO USE MY REDEMPTION CODE TWICE

My twin sister and me got sims 4 as a gift on our birthday. The sims 4 disc gave us so much trouble when we attempted to install it on her laptop that we had to google how else to do it. It said redeem it on Origin. She was able to do so, but when I attempted to download the sims 4 on MY laptop, it wouldn't let me because it said my code had already been redeemed. WTF Origin?

You can only redeem it on one account but from that account you can install it on multiple computers. You would need to access the game through her account though.

You can also try if a game advisor is willing to help you out though
