I have this issue too. I got it from another website and it says I own it in the EA app. But if I go to add-ons and click download on growing together the blue button turns grey and nothing is happening. It is out in my country.

Me too, I got a code for it. I can’t even te-enter the code as it says it is already redeemed! It was redeemed by me!

I keep getting “there’s a problem with your download” how long until it’s fixed ??

I have had the same issue I pre-ordered my game and tried to download it a few times nothing happened. Logged back in and now I keep getting I have to pay for it please help the money was out of my account a week before the release of the game

Correct! Once the traffic issues are resolved you should see your owned content as well.

I got it from the EA App itself and its saying I have to buy it again.

@NikkiandKikki I've had the same issue! It's still in my Origin library but there is no option to download it. When I click details it just brings up a blank pop-up.

@NikkiandKikki It even says I own the pack on the Sims 4 homepage, but the actual pack isn’t installed!
