I'm playing on a windows 10 pc. After the last update, my sims 4 crashed, and now it doesn't open and shows this error I've played the sims in English, never changed the language. Please help!

Start with disabling or adding exceptions for Controlled Folder Access, if it's enabled, as well as any third-party antivirus/firewall you have installed.
